Climbro represents a comprehensive and scientifically grounded training system designed to enhance climbing performance through a decade of rigorous research. The companion mobile application offers real-time feedback on force application and hold duration, alongside assessments of finger strength and endurance, complemented by tailored, user-friendly training plans.

PERFORMANCE TEST BATTERY
<ul>
<li>Max Strength – Evaluates maximal finger strength capacity.</li>
<li>Continuous – Assesses forearm anaerobic capacity.</li>
<li>Intermittent – Measures forearm aerobic capacity.</li>
<li>Finger Hang – Tests both finger strength and muscular endurance.</li>
</ul>
The battery provides quantitative data on finger strength and endurance, as well as localized muscle aerobic and anaerobic capacity. These metrics are converted into scores and displayed as climbing grades to facilitate user interpretation. Results are visualized via a Radar chart, enabling users to easily identify strengths and weaknesses. The app also allows comparison between the most recent test batteries to monitor progress. Clear guidelines and step-by-step instructions support proper test execution.

PERSONAL WORKOUT PLANS
Following a complete performance assessment, the app automatically generates a personalized training plan targeting identified weaknesses. Typically comprising 16 to 24 sessions over 2-3 months, these plans are integrated with a schedule displayed on an intuitive calendar interface. During each exercise, real-time feedback is provided regarding muscle contraction intensity, duration, repetition count, and rest periods. The app offers recommendations for rest intervals both within individual sessions and across the overall training plan. Additionally, performance during exercises is monitored, providing insights into training efficacy and adherence.

SINGLE TESTS
The individual tests from the Performance Test Battery can be performed independently to evaluate specific physical qualities at any time. Additional specialized assessments include the Finger Rate of Force Development (RFD) test, which measures the speed of force generation, and the All-Out test for determining critical force (CF) and anaerobic capacity (W’).

SINGLE EXERCISES
The application features five predefined exercises designed to develop distinct physical attributes:

<li>Strength – Focuses on enhancing finger strength.</li>
<li>Hypertrophy – Promotes muscle growth and strength-endurance.</li>
<li>High Intensity Endurance – Improves endurance at high intensity levels and oxygen extraction efficiency.</li>
<li>Medium Intensity Endurance – Maximizes oxygen utilization and overall endurance.</li>
<li>Low Intensity Endurance – Supports oxygen use and capillary development.</li>
<li>Recovery – Aids blood flow and removal of metabolic byproducts.</li>
</ul>
This feature caters to experienced climbers seeking to customize their training routines based on specific physical improvements.

FREE MEASUREMENT
The Free Measurement function enables users to adjust training parameters such as intensity, set count, repetitions, work durations, and rest intervals, allowing for tailored workout modifications.

PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS
The "Performance Analytics" module presents graphical summaries of performance trends over selected periods. It highlights weekly best scores across various tests, assisting users in tracking progress over time.

TRAINING ANALYTICS
The "Training Analytics" screen provides detailed summaries of completed exercises via multiple visual charts, facilitating evaluation of training effectiveness during specific periods.

LOGS
The app automatically saves all test results and exercise data in the cloud, ensuring data retention regardless of device changes or updates.
